Vendor Order Confirmation & Dispatch Services

WaooMart ensures the policy and guidelines for the outside vendors. The part of order confirmation and dispatch services is explained in this page.

If your products that are featured on WaooMart get ordered, then the vendor will send the inventory directly to WaooMart’s registered office that is situated; AB Heights, second floor, suit number 2. WaooMart will be responsible to dispatch the product to the customers. Thus, the vendor is not responsible to send the inventory to the customers rather WaooMart will do this job on their own.

Order Formalization and Confirmation

After the order has been received on our website, you will be immediately informed on the seller account/portal. After the order is confirmed by the customer and payment has been received by WaoMart, the vendor will have 48 hours to send the merchandise to our office. Once the order is formalized, that is, with the acceptance of the Conditions of Use and the confirmation of the purchase process, WaooMart will always send an email to the Client confirming the details of the purchase made.

What Happens When We Receive the Product?

After the confirmation of the order, the vendor will send the inventory to our office along with the seller receipt. After we have received the product in our specialists at WaooMart will inspect the product thoroughly for any kind of defects. We ensure that the items that have been received are not flawed or defective in anyway. After the initial inspection the merchandise received by us will be tailed against the inbound order to make sure that the product is right with no discrepancies.

If the product that is sent to our office needs cool temperature while storage, then you have to inform us prior. The temperature controlled areas will be used to store such products before they are dispatched from us. You will be able to track the order and see the performance of your business through our real time portal. We offer all the necessary information regarding your merchandise until it is dispatched to the customers. In this way, the vendor can stay updated all the time regarding their order.  

Safety of the Merchandise

After we receive the order, a proper packaging with labeling of the address is ensured. Dispatch Time and Delivery Process

The assigned delivery time is considered from the confirmation of payment.

* Delivery time may vary depending on:
* Item type (high or low volume).
* Origin and destination of the article.
* Parcel assigned to delivery will be dedicated boxes that will belong to WaooMart exclusively.
* When placing an order, the estimated delivery date is disclosed, which will be informed in the order confirmation email.
* Items considered high volume belong to the categories of: Appliances, Mattresses, Furniture, Patio and Garden, Toy Store (Selected Items), Sports (Selected Items), Tires (Selected Items).
* If Items by third parties come from different states of the republic then the time of dispatch will be different.

Product delivery

In general, WaooMart undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the Client in the order form, and which in any case must be within the Territory. In order to optimize delivery, we thank the Customer for indicating an address where the order can be delivered within normal business hours.

WaooMart will not be responsible for errors caused in the delivery when the delivery address entered by the Customer in the order form does not conform to reality or data has been omitted. Likewise, WAOOMART is not responsible for the losses of those orders that, at the request of the client, are sent by ordinary mail without certifying. WaooMart informs the Client that it is possible that the same order is divided into several deliveries.

Delivery term

Shipments will be made through the post office or a courier company. In general, the order will be delivered within a maximum period of 10 working days from the confirmation of the order.

Although the usual delivery time of WaooMart usually ranges between 3 and 6 days, from the completion of the order, these times are average, and therefore an estimate. Therefore, it is possible that they vary for logistical reasons or force majeure. In cases of delays in deliveries, WaooMart will inform its Clients as soon as it becomes aware of them.

Each delivery is considered made from the moment in which, according to the option chosen (staff of WaooMart, Post Office or the courier company) makes the product available to the Client, which is materialized through the control system used by the corresponding entity.

In the case of delays in the delivery of orders attributable to WaooMart, the Customer may cancel their order in accordance with the procedure described in Section Return Policy. Delays in delivery will not be considered those cases in which the order has been made available to the Customer by the transport company within the agreed period and could not be delivered for reasons attributable to the Customer.

Once the order leaves our warehouse, an e-mail will be sent notifying you that your order has been accepted and is being shipped. Thus, the vendor will be able to keep track of all the information regarding the order. For security reasons, WaooMart will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and their address. WaooMart ensures that the item is safely shipped to the customers without the hassle of delays in the mail.

Delivery Data, Deliveries not made and Loss

If at the time of delivery the Customer is absent, in the case of shipments by registered mail / courier company, the postman or carrier will leave a receipt indicating how to proceed to arrange a new delivery.

If after 7 business days after the delivery of the order, delivery has not been arranged, the Client must contact WaooMart. In the event that the Client does not proceed in this way, after 10 business days from the delivery of the order, it will be returned to our warehouses and the Client will be responsible for the shipping costs and return to origin of the merchandise, as well as possible associated management fees. Thus, the vendor is not responsible in this scenario. And the amount taken by from the customer against the product will not be refunded.

If the reason why the delivery could not be made is the loss of the package, WaooMart will initiate an investigation. We have specialized agents in relevant departments. We will take their help and search for the product. Thus, the chances are minimized that a product is lost. Thus, being a vendor you won’t be held responsible for the loss of item. Our executives at WAOOMART will make special arrangements and make sure the item is located and delivered to the right customer.

Diligence in delivery

The Customer must check the good condition of the package before the postman or carrier who, on behalf of THE WaooMart, delivers the requested product, indicating on the delivery note any anomaly that may be detected in the packaging. If, subsequently, once the product has been reviewed, the Client detects any incident such as blow, breakage, indications of having been opened or any damage caused to it by shipping, the Client undertakes to notify WaooMart via email within the shortest period of time. possible time, before the next 24 hours from delivery. From that moment on, incidents of this type will not be dealt with.
