Review:When I bought the product, the ad said the top was removable for easy cleaning and decorating. But other buyers said they couldn't remove the top, nor could I. When I contacted the seller to find out how to remove the top, they told me it was NOT removable. I told the seller the ad was misleading. They fixed the ad now. They offered to take the product back, but it wasn't worth the hassle to return it. The terrarium is usable. It just wasn't worth $10 more than the Exo Terra cage of the same size that actually does have the removable top I needed. Read more

Review:I have only 2 problems with this enclosure, both were able to be fixed in about an hour. 1) it came missing a screw on one side of the panel. I added a photo of this. I’m using this enclosure to keep spiders that eat fruit flies, so a missing screw could have meant flies all over my house or even losing my spider. Luckily I saw it and was able to fix it. 2) This enclosure is small- what I wanted- so I’m confused by the presence of so many gaps and holes that small creatures could escape out of. This cage is too small to keep anything bigger than your thumb, so why are there so many openings? The panel on the back has 2 openings where the plates lock in, big enough for my pinkie finger to go inside. Also, the plastic along the top is far too spaced apart for the same reason. I covered the entire panel in aluminum foil, also attached a photo of that. I’m ultimately happy with this enclosure, but has some design flaws that will need to be fixed before keeping most of the animals you’d want to keep in a cage of this small a size. Read more

Review:I had to switch my tanks since the one I bought for my pink toe didn't provide cross ventilation and opened from the top. I love it because it's much easier to get into her cage and she's so happy that she's finally created a bit of web in there. She spends all her time in the back near her plant toward the top so I think she's fairly happy!! It came super fast too, I was incredibly impressed. Super lightweight box and easy to unbox, which is great. It was also very easy to quickly wipe down and clean so that she could enjoy it. The glass didn't streak much or at all compared to her old tank so I can actually see her and take pictures if she's being cute! Thanks so much! Will definitely be recommending this to people! Review:I've used several vivarium/terrarium setups like this in past. None of them are perfect. A few pros and cons regarding this one specifically: Pros: - Single pane of glass on the front allows for clear viewing - Solid construction and no damage during shipping - The size I needed. It's small, but perfect for my pet (orchid mantis) Cons: - Door is difficult to open. Not like I cannot open it, but it's just not ergonomic. I have to use both hands and fiddle with it for 2 seconds rather than it being natural. - Not fruit fly proof. Actually none of the competitors are either. I covered the feeding port and ventilation holes with electrical tape (black) and siliconed the seams around the door then used a razor blade to cut through the silicone so the door can move freely again. Don't worry about ventilation because there is still a huge screen on the top to allow for that. All in, I think it's one of the best on the market and certainly available with Prime shipping. I would love to see someone solve the issues mentioned above but they can be fixed or dealt with by the end user. Read more

Review:I got this as a cheaper version of the exo for my spider. Unfortunately they have the top glued on unlike the exo terras which are removable. I was hoping to put a plexiglass lid in it's place but since the tarantula is arboreal things should be okay Also the front door has a very tight closure that needs two hands to open which is a pain if you have a skittish tarantula and you're trying to hold a cricket in tongs with one hand. I'm considering just breaking the lock and using a additional hasp closure or duct tape to keep it shut. The design doesn't seem to be very well thought out. Good thing it's so pretty. Read more

Review:FYI - this isn't for a bearded dragon. It won't fit the necessary lamps that they need on the top. And it costs to return so I'm out a bit of money for making this mistake. Read more

Review:Perfect upgrade for my baby GBB tarantula! Locking mechanism is difficult to use one handed(which is sometimes necessary during feedings if she's in a feisty mood) but other than that. It's a sturdy well made little cage! Read more

Review:Amazing enclosure for my southern devil scorpion who is about an inch long. I'd recommend this size for most insects, young amphibians(baby toads/frogs, not suitable for adults though!), arachnids- I think this would be especially great for jumping spiders because of the front opening as they make webs at the roof of the enclosure. Too small for an reptile/hermit crab whatsoever apart from the tiny-est of young geckos/garter snakes. Perhaps okay for very small baby tarantulas but even that could be pushing it. If your planning on keeping a more tropical species in this tank you ought to cover the main(biggest) screen on top with saran wrap or something of the sort(just a tip as my scorpion also requires higher humidity). The lock can be difficult but its definitely doable, took me about a minute to figure out but was a breeze from there. The feeding doors on the roof are great for dropping in insects like crickets that could jump out the main door before it can be closed. It came in very good packaging, never received a broken tank from this company. Under the right circumstances, this is an AMAZING enclosure. Read more
