Review:Falsely advertised....the ingredients listed online were not what are actually in the product. I had a severe reaction to it, most likely from the Retinyl Palmitate that was not listed online at the time of purchase. It caused terrible chemical burns on my face and they are saying I can't return it. Read more

Review:WRONG INGREDIENT LIST! The product I received contains Retinyl Palmitate just like another reviewer stated. [...] A study by U.S. government scientists suggests that retinyl palmitate, a form of vitamin A, may speed the development of skin tumors and lesions when applied to the skin in the presence of sunlight (NTP 2012). Review:Pros: I honestly LOVE this product. It’s not meant to be your ONLY sunscreen (I apply a thick lower layer) but it is fantastic for removing sunscreen shine and reapplying throughout the day. It is 20% zinc oxide which is a huge amount, suggesting it protects well from the sun. It’s so easy to quickly brush on too. Cons: I hesitated removing stars for these reasons but they are important. The color is not 100% sheer. I believe it is sheer enough to work for most people on the lighter end of the spectrum. Being a white woman, I have no problem with the lighter color but I can see how if a person of color were to use the powder, it might be pretty awkward looking. Also, I don’t think there’s a good way to clean the brush part. I wish you could separate the brush from the powder basin. I do feel a bit icky not being able to give it a complete wash. Read more

Review:Product I received has different ingredients than those listed on Amazon. Retinyl Palmitate is of particular concern as this has been studied in depth and shown to be a photocarcinogenic ingredient. It is one in which I avoid in body care products. I am disappointed that the ingredients are not the same as what I thought I was purchasing. Read more

Review:I bought this last May and love how easy it is to carry around with me to reapply sunscreen whenever I want to. I have some melasma and use elta md before applying makeup everyday. I use the Mineral Fusion on top whenever I need it throughout the day. I also use it when home all day on bare skin. I showed it to my dermatologist and she was impressed with it. And much cheaper than the Colorescience one that they like to push. She wasn't concerned about the retinyl palmitate especially since it was so far down the list of inactive ingredients. Read more

Review:This is EXACTLY like the much more expensive Colorescience Sunforgettable! I have Colorescience in shade "Medium," and this is actually very similar to that color. You can see in my photos that the case and cap are IDENTICAL. The ONLY difference is in the brush heads: the Colorescience one is more compact, while the Mineral Fusion one is softer and also longer. I actually prefer the black bristles of the Mineral Fusion one, as I can more easily see the powder and can better judge how much is coming out. The Mineral Fusion has the same level of SPF protection, same ingredients, and leaves a beautiful satin finish. Having spent a lot of money in the past on Colorescience, I'm absolutely delighted with the quality of the Mineral Fusion at a much better price. Do yourself a favor and save some money by getting this awesome powder instead of the WAY overpriced Colorescience! Read more

Review:This barely comes out of the brush, and it doesn't unscrew so that you can tap it on a surface to use a different brush. It is too dark for my fair skin, so if you are a fairy skincess, it does not look as fair as the picture. I am considering just breaking open the container to get at the powder and putting it in a screw top container, so I have not completely wasted my money. It is only May, so it hasn't got a good sun test yet. When it is on, (waving like a crazy woman to get some out!) it does stay put, and seems water proof. I always buy a powder sunscreen every year, so that I can put it ontop of makeup as needed in sunshine. I am frustrated by the lack of good choices for this on the market, and this didn't help. Review:I used it for a couple of days and it gave me contact dermatitis. To make it clear, I usually don’t have a problematic skin. I stopped using it and my skin got better. Just to make sure that this was the product harming my skin I tried to use it again and the dermatitis reappeared. It clogged my pores and I’m pretty sure it contains something that harms the skin. Definitely not worth the money. Such a waste. Read more
