Review:Good quality band just like the ones at the gym. I am trying very hard to work on building strength in my upper body. Nothing beats pull ups. Since I am not strong enough YET I intend to work up to it by using the Boss band. It really does help. Also the band comes in handy to stretch by tight hamstrings and IT band. I am sure there are tons of stretching exercises in which I'll be able to use the band. Read more

Review:Very cool product...extra portable can keep it in your briefcase or hand bag for impromptu workouts i like the guys logo except that it looks like he got it from ross..maybe switch 2 a different font.. just be careful not 2 become a human slingshot or put your eye out like that foo senator who lost an eye over not properly using an exercise band just remember "your shoot yer eye out kid" if you dont use it right i plan 2 get more to give out for xmas..makes a great gift its got here quick, seller has other cool items i got..
