Review:Awesome launch title on PS5. Web swinging at 60fps feels awesome and PS5 kills it on performance. Highly recommend. Although, word of caution for disk users, do not place the disk "upside down". I set my PS5 at its vertical position and I naturally assumed the disk reader would be closer to the middle, not the outer edge of the console. The following picture shows the correct way to insert your disk with the disk label facing on the left side of the console on its vertical stance. As strange as it is to insert the disk label facing on the left of the console, if you look at the horizontal stance, it makes sense. Not a major issue but I hope this review helps so others won't make the same mistake like I did on their PS5 Read more

Review:I love this game! This is my first Spider-Man game and I’m addicted! It’s fast paced, fun, and it looks Amazing. It looks like I’m playing the trailer not the real game! Get this! Read more

Review:Spider-Man: Miles Morales is just as good or even better than it's predecessor. I love the feel of the resistance of the adaptive triggers with this for webslinging around New York. Load times are fast! The ease of switching from 30fps fidelity mode to 60fps performance is night and day. This has been the first time I've played a 60fps game. If you loved Spider-Man PS4, then the Ultimate Edition is worth it for the remaster. Spider-Man Remastered looks incredible with the new ray-tracing features to it. Read more

Review:This game looks great, feels responsive, and improves on the movement from the first game. A lot of the traversal things you needed to unlock in the first game are available from the get go, like being able to do a high jump running start, etc. The new powers of electricity and invisibility are fantastic and you will use them a lot. The stealth gameplay is a lot better in this game. I like a lot of the characters in this game like Miles friend Ganke, but some not so much. I also enjoyed a lot of the story elements and the passing of the torch. My biggest/Only problems with this game are the writing and some "woke" stuff. The main antagonist is very horribly written in the latter half and without spoiling anything, has a lot to do with miles. I will include a spoilers section below on my issues with the story. Not only her, but also some other things as well. Also, going back to the woke part in the game. Early in the game, theres a rally. There, you literally meet a deaf person and right after that 2 l3sbians, like it is really forced. Some people will say whats wrong with that, nothing inherently except the latter part, but it is clearly pushed in your face and because they are in later parts of the game as well. Then they got the B-L-M wall in the game and they force you to interact with it because after you finish all the phone app missions, they put the suit they make you right underneath it and it has like 2 different camera pans just showing the wall like "Yeah, that's right, this is good and we believe it and we need you to know and see and were so good". Also the Danika stuff was so cringe and I am glad you're able to just disable her permanently, sadly though not for the construction site missions that makes absolutely no sense why she is involved, like she's some master reporter hacker on the case. Overall, the combat and movement were improved from the first game, had some great characters like Miles, Ganke, prowler, cool missions and side stuff, etc. Really its just the writing/woke that makes this a 3/5 for me. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ SPOILERS BELOW: WRITING ISSUES: The writing in the 2nd half with tinkerer was awful. Her not telling Miles about anything, then when he figures it out, she gets weird that he doesn't want to tell her anything, when she was lying and hiding the whole time and he figured it out without her confiding in him. Then her intentions and trust are just stupid for no reason, then she literally bombs like 1000 cars and possibly kills hundreds of people and just an overall awful person, then "sacrifices" herself in the end as if she is this amazing person. Also, why in the world were Miles closest friends/family like 10 ft away from the reactor in the end, they were literally supposed to run away like an hour before that and they all just ran back there in 2 secs??? Review:Son loves the game, but the free code for the suits and stuff only gave him skill points, not gadget or suits. We will try and see if there is somehow to fix this, but kinda defeats the paying extra if code doesn’t work. We still have to try code for the PS4 remastered Spiderman if that doesn’t work will drop to 2 stars based on codes, not game itself. Got it to load suits... we had to completely shutdown game and go back in and it worked. First time after download suits didn’t load, so just a shutdown and back in seemed to rest and he was happy to have the suits even if he likes others more. He played for hours on PS5 and he even had tears of joy. Loves the new controller and graphics. Read more

Review:This game is gorgeous. Fluid animations, voiceovers are excellent. The game has a few game breaking bugs that had to be avoided to progress, but once those were avoided everything was excellent. Read more

Review:Wow... What a stunning game so far. I'm playing on a high 4k Samsung T.V. and the game looks great even at 30 frames. This title has a lot of quick time events, and it's action packed. I was glued to the story and cut scenes. They seamless intertwine with each other. This game "time to beat" is right around 8-10 which is obviously short but given it's a launch title, it has A LOT to offer. I would expect it to be a candidate for game of the year, and a winner for PS5. I can't say rather the Ultimate edition is any good as I have never played the Ps4 game, but if its made by Insomniac, then I'm sure it is. We'll know next month (i think) when it lanches.. Read more

Review:Bought this thinking I could use it and get the benefit of the extra content. But the codes are locked to North America and wont work in Europe. This was not advertised and in fact I was told the game wasn't region locked and the content would work here. Read more

Review:Just be warned that the codes that come with this game will only work with a US Playstation a/c. I live in Singapore and so the codes were of no use. Amazon did rectify this though by giving me a full refund upon return of the disk. Read more
