Review:I started out taking 300 mg once per day and as soon as I found that they did not upset my stomach (I tend to have a touchy tummy) I went to 600 mg per day. I changed nothing else and my cholesterol dropped 20 points in three months. My doctor is very pleased. I can’t tolerate statins so I’m really glad to find this supplement. It works for me. Read more

Review:I have polymyalgia rheumatica and on prednisone which I do not like to take because of side affects. I read about this on Dr. Lams website that it can actually take the place of the steroid. I started using 1200 a day and could not believe the difference in my joint swelling and pain. I am now on only 5 milligrams of the prednisone. I have been taking this for two months and no side affects at all. Great that is also good for heart health. Read more

Review:There is nothing wrong with their pantethine but I will not order this brand again. The first bottle I received, the contents had melted into an oily mess stuck to the inside of the jar. Amazon was good enough to send me a free replacement but, while these had not melted, they were all stuck tightly together. Because the neck of the jar is not wide enough to admit two fingers at a time, I had to work them apart one at a time using just my index finger. It was slow & frustrating & took me the best part of an hour to get all 60 of them out. Fortunately the capsules are tough so none of them tore open. I put them in an empty “Better than Bullion” jar which has a wide mouth so i can get at them if they stick together again but i am through with the Now brand. Read more

Review:As can be seen in the product photos, there are two different labels on the bottle. Though both styles show this product to contain the Pantesin brand of pantethine, the one that I rec'd did not. Regular pantethine is fine for some people, but I don't want to pay for Pantesin then get the garden variety. Sending back for refund, and getting another brand where this mix-up won't happen. Review:I take Pantethine for high cholesterol. Jarrow products are the brand I have always used. When comparing strength the Now product was supposed to be stronger so I switched about 6 months ago. My cholesterol and LDL was elevated for the first time in years when tested a few days ago. I am ditching the NOW supplements and going back to Jarrow Pantethine. Read more
