Review:I ordered the headlights since the price was attractive. Went to go install them on my Jeep and took my grill off and incandescent headlights out when I realized these wont fit without the 7" headlight adapter. So I had to order a $50 9" to 7" headlight adapter from Amazon. Wasn't expecting to do that, but ok thats on me for not realizing I needed that adapter. So the adapter comes in and install is pretty easy. Unscrew incandescent housing, unplug it, and screw in new headlights (with brackets), and plug and play. Well, I also forgot that the LED headlights have a different power draw than the incandescent headlights, so they flickered quite a bit. So I had to order a $20 in-line "anti-flicker" device (which is basically a big capacitor) and had to install them. Thankfully it just plugs in between the headlight and the harness from the Jeep. Now there's no flickering. So I had to spend an additional $70 to get the LED headlights to work properly. The LED headlights are bright for sure, and offer an equivalent spread and pattern to the incandescent headlights. The 6500K color temp will get some getting used to. HOWEVER, the high-beams are absolutely lack-luster. They barely offer any additional focused light. It just barely focuses the light on the road a couple yards ahead of the normal headlights, and narrows the beam quite a bit so you only get a very narrow stretch of light. The brackets I ordered are adjustable so I might try and fine tune the angle of the lights, but I doubt it will help much. This is the biggest reason why I am giving this headlight 3 stars. Overall, this is a decent option if you need a budget LED headlight. Just be warned that you WILL need the additional bracket and anti-flicker device if you purchase this headlight. Read more

Review:Your browser does not support HTML5 video. There are many inexpensive LED headlights on the market, but these stand above the rest under a name you can trust in Nilight. These lights provide a huge improvement over the stock sealed beam headlights on TJ wranglers. The color is a nice bright white color and is relatively evenly dispersed giving great visibility at a distance and up close as well as to the sides. The light has a very clean cut off ensuring that oncoming traffic will not have their vision impaired by these lights when they are properly aimed. I compared them against my name-brand trucklites and they are very comparable at a fraction of the cost. As a matter of fact, the lighting is more evenly dispersed with less “hot spots” than the trucklites. Installation is simple plug and play. I doubt I will have an issue with these as in my experience with other Nilight products the quality has been very good. In the rare case that one of their products fails, they stand behind their warranty and make it right. My video was shot with an iPhone X which does a pretty good job of capturing what the scene actually looks like to the eye at night. Read more

Review:Yeah these things are like road lasers and I keep getting high beam flashes and feel bad when I let them know those weren't my high beams. I plan to get some colored shields to tint down the brightness for in civilization driving. Otherwise, out on the trail these things are awesome! Was easy to install and plugged right in to the stock fixtures already there. Here's a picture of them installed while it was pitch black night. They're so bright even when turned off that it was like day time! Kidding of course, these are them installed... during the day while out on the trail and they look great. Read more

Review:Awesome lights HUGE difference from stock. I don't even use my off road lights at night anymore. Very very bright and I live in deer central they are going to save my Jeep from a deer strike. I also bought antiflicker capacitor as recommended by reviews. No flicker. The passenger tab is a little off so dremel a little relief on plastic housing on truck not lense. The adapter wire ground wire was a little bent and I had to mess with it a little. Maybe becareful pushing them together. Otherwise it only took 30 minutes I knew what to expect from reviews. It's a great value well worth the money. Read more

Review:The lights do not come with an H13 anti-flicker harness. If you contact customer support that is all the company will tell you, they will not send you a pair. Yes, the lights flicker. The lights DO NOT have an internal anti-flicker built into the headlight. The 2 cable adapters that come in the box are H13 adapters NOT anti-flicker harnesses. I recommend you purchase a pair of anti-flicker harnesses for $20 off of extreme terrain if you’re looking to run these headlights for your Jeep. Additionally the fit is not perfect. I own a 2018 Willys 2-DR and the plastic headlight housing behind the grill needed to be shaved down and slightly modified. I used a pair of pliers and a razor blade to remove the plastic portions that overlapped the headlights to make it flush. Read more

Review:After watching countless YouTube videos I just tried this set of lights. Let me tell you I wish I would have gotten these when I first bought my Jeep 8 months ago. ( Connection tip ) when connecting the wires to your factory harness make sure all three wires push into the plug then lock the red locking tab that holds the wires in place in the connector. When I first put it together one light wouldn’t come on. Because the individual wires need to be pushed into the connector other than that it works great. Read more

Review:I've had the lights for about 3 weeks. So far they are doing great. They are installed on a 2001 Jeep TJ. Installation was a bit of a pain as I had to grind down parts of the heat sink veins on the back to allow the light to sit properly in the factory headlight carrier. You have to have the carrier to hold any sealed beam headlamp to the vehicle. Once grinded and installed it fit properly. They are fairly bright and project very far in front of the vehicle. High beams do work but they aren't really needed as the low beams are like hi beams on the factory headlamps. They are "Chinese" made budget head lamps so we will see if the lens fog up or get condensation inside. I park in a garage cause I keep the top off in the summer so will have to see over time if they will fog or not. For $70 I am happy with my purchase thus far. Read more

Read more

Review:Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Purchased at the beginning of 2021 , The one light stopped working a couple weeks back. Amazon shows my order which was a few items but for this one item on the order it says the invoice isn't available so I can't even collect the 2 years warranty to have the light replaced. Waste of money Read more
