Review:I took these after having my son & I loved them! I felt great and had a lot of energy, plus my mood was pretty balanced. I can't say whether they increased my mils supply or not cause my son has always been breastfed on demand. Highly recommend Read more

Review:Just switched to this supplement from my prenatal (babe is 5 months old) - no issues so far. Although it's a large pill, it's easy to swallow. No noticeable changes for either of us. No complaints! Read more

Review:I like this product a lot. I just feel like every now and then, I get a bottle that is short a pill. There have been 2 times, so far, that when I reach the end of the pills, I have one capsule left. Today, I opened up a new bottle and counted 89 capsules. Should be 90ct. 🤷🏼‍♀️ That’s my only complaint. Read more

Review:***UPDATE*** Love the energy these little jewels provided me, but I had to return them because my milk supply dropped dramatically after the third day of taking them. I went from pumping 12-14 oz every morning to only six! These seem to work great for everyone else, so I’m not sure why I’m having this issue, but I know it’s the vitamins because I’ve not done anything else differently in my diet. The only thing I can think of is that I must be one of those people for whom fenugreek does the opposite—it reduces instead of increases breast milk production. And there’s a lot of it in there. These vitamins are still FANTASTIC for energy, though, so once I stop nursing I may go back on them. ***original review*** I’ve only been taking these for two days, and I already can tell an enormous difference in energy levels and motivation! I have a three month old, and when we came home from the hospital after he was born, my energy levels were low for obvious reasons—newborns don’t sleep at night, healing from a c section, depleted levels of iron from bleeding, etc.—and I did gradually start to get a little better as I healed and the baby started sleeping more. But as time went on, I started noticing a dip in energy levels again, and then eventually it just got to the point where it took everything I had just to get out of bed in the mornings. I had no motivation or energy to do anything, I was always drained and fatigued, and it was all I could do just to feed and take care of my baby. At three months post-partum and having 8-9 hours of sleep every night, I started to realize that this was not normal; it was far beyond the normal “tired new mom” stuff. So I decided to go back on a vitamin with iron (I’d started taking a prenatal without iron after baby was born because I get a lot of iron through diet, but it’s evidently not enough). I read such glowing reviews for these vitamins that I decided to go for it, and boy am I glad I did! And not only do I have more energy, but I actually feel FANTASTIC! Like, actually MOTIVATED and excited to get things done, and my mood seems to have improved drastically (which is good news for my husband, LOL)! I totally recommend these vitamins. Some people are griping about the price, but listen: ANY vitamin that is organic and worth its weight is going to be around the $40 mark. And these are a month and a half supply, so you’re actually getting a little more bang for your buck with these than with others. And organic is the way to go with vitamins because the body has trouble absorbing anything synthetic, and it just comes right out in your urine. So yeah, I’d personally rather pay $40 for a good vitamin that gets absorbed than $20 for vitamin-laced pee :-). Read more

Review:I bought this vitamin to get all the nutrients necessary after having my daughter. I decided on this specific one because of the ingredients to increase breast milk production. It did not help with my milk production, but it was a tasteless vitamin, easy to take and it didn’t bother my stomach. Overall it was ok, but I had to switch to get something to help with my low milk production. Read more

Review:I had a supply issue with my first child so I knew it would probably be worse with twins (exclusively pumping). I was running out of my prenatal pills which I continued to take after birth when I came across this... it's a little more expensive than my other vitamins were but the reviews were good so I thought I'd give it a shot. I really do think it helps my milk supply, my pumps a couple hours after taking it are usually an ounce or two more, so I'm on my second bottle. Be warned though, it will turn pee (and breast milk) yellow! I haven't noticed the babies acting any fussier on it so I don't think it's a concern for the babies. Read more
